That's actually very bad and I feel sorry for the guy paying you for it. Quality doesn't matter, because based on what I can make out in the clip, it was a good 10 minutes of work.

OT:
I think you need better coloring and a more dynamic camera angle that will make you feel like you are in the shot and not outside of it. I am not a huge fan of the way the things explode or the fonts either, but that may just be personal preference. I think it would be cool if you had the text that comes in fall on top of the main text and it cracks and shatters. Just work on your camera angles.

@ York, id like to see you try and make one then if it only takes 10 mins, if not please do not comment on how long it takes, comment on how it looks, not how you think it was made

and yer ik that nero :S, do you have any tips on how to make the text shatter when it hits if i change the blocks into text

 

Ever heard of Thursai? It is a C4D plugin that does excellent shatter. You just have he text drop in and then have the shatter's gravity take effect when the text hits it. or something along those lines. A lot of keyframing work.

 

meh ill try it, i hate keyframing lol. is it free or paid???

 

As I said over msn, I think you should try it zoomed much further in on the text and try different colours, as the current ones contrast too much. It's still a very nice intro for your first and I'd like to see you do more

 

You really need to fix 3 things About that
The camera: The camera should either be closer to the text or zoom in on it / swing around or something like that
The font: Go to Dafont.com and download some cool fonts. They really make all the difference. Ethnocentric is a personal favorite - This applies to your sigs and avatars as well
The materials: When you make materials anywhwere, make sure to uncheck the specular menu. A nice hint for your sigs as well - If you do that, you won't have to use that glow effect and your sigs will be much more readable
