New Barrows Armour Look

Not a fan at all of the new look. But I guess we will have to get used to it.

 

That looks ridiculously stupid. I don't even play runescape anymore and that still pisses me off.

 

IMO, it is horrible

 

Torag/Dharok look beast!

 

I hate the new updates to the armor. But Dharok's looks pretty bad ass atm.

Dharok's is the only one that is better than before. Everything else is AWFUL!

Ahrims is fucking disgusting. I loved that look of karils top and ahrims bottom or just ahrim top and bottom.


Guthans and DH looks nice, rest are shitty. Karils is so-so.

What I find funny is that most people here don't even use Barrows. Half of you guys probably consider Barrow equipment as shit.

I do agree with the facts that the item icons are too similar and some sets lost their classic ascethetics. Generally the remake wasn't bad; just requires some minor colour and redesign tweaks.

 

guthans doesnt look to bad but everything else is absolutely terrible

 

I saw these new looks and thought it was kinda crappy. I thought the old look was nice and well put together. I think it was an unneeded change.

As far as doing it for money, I don't know the item prices so can't say much.

 

It's alright bro, really depends on if you're a rich account or poor account. If you're worth like under 50M, I'd say it's good. Anything above that there are better things you can do for GP, unless you're one lucky dude and get Barrows Items a lot.


To answer the guy that said most of us probably don't use Barrows- I agree and disagree. I always had a set of Ahrims in my bank, now sold because they fudged it up in my opinion. So I know that I did, cannot speak for anyone else.

I also disagree - and you may not think this so forgive me if you don't - that owning it is what matters/pissed people off. What pissed people off is another set of items that had an old, quaint aspect to it, were completely remodeled. Again, just seems like another middle finger to the veterans of RS, courtesy Jagex.

Riddle me this, what would have been so bad with just making six new sets? Breathe some goddamn life into that dying minigame! Tweaking the graphics doesn't do much..just makes it look "cooler" or in my opinion more World of Warcraft like.
