Force logged out by Jagex and bank reset

Noticed I was wiped again today, just logged in. They even deleted items completely this time (to 0) in my bank.
Such as godwords etc. I didn't have more than 1 of each. I only lost about 100M anyway.

Taking a break atm, if they're deleting even single items there's no point in risking it.

Just got reset again. They deleted stacks of items this time to 1 aswell!
Also lost arcane stream and pretty much all stackable items. Good fight RWTing?

Different IP adress, different account. Took them a few weeks though.

Only lost about 200M anyway, kept my divines =]

Ouch... If they don't take items, why don't you start using shards instead?

I saw a big sythe gold trader had posted a thread of a 20B reset, he claimed they took his shards too

ouch, that sucks. It seems like jagex is making rwters (bulk buyers/sellers) think twice about it. $1,000 + is a big hit, sorry for your loss.

Well the thing is;

If you use playerauctions, you have to direct trades.

If I sell gp via w/u or bank transfer, I do a fake stake with my buyers and have never had a reset until I started using PA again 3 days ago.

The only solution is:

- Don't use PA but get almost no customers
- Get buyers on PA to confirm delivery and then do a fake stake (they won't do this unless they know you and trust you alot)

 

I'm sorry to hear about your reset. Maybe playerauctions should be contacted about the problem and be made to accept stakes for gold trading.

Ouch, they were watching you right there and then from the looks of it. You were on a VPN yes?

 

If shards are a problem, just buy expensive items and store all your wealth like that instead. Phats, Torva,Spirit shields and Godswords should easily cover any amount of wealth.

 

I don't think this a realistic solution. If Jagex have enough evidence to prove they are a RWT'er and log on only to find items, I highly doubt they won't reset them only because they just have items.

I think that Jagex reset the cash piles as more of a warning to players at the moment, without removing all their wealth. You need to remember, it's better for Jagex to remove coin wealth from the game because that doesn't effect other players, if they remove items then it decreases the amount of the item in the game leading to it increasing in price.

And sorry Dude to hear about your reset :/ Seems like Jagex are getting a bit more serious on the Real World Trading front sadly.
