Thw barrows bs.

Well I have been at barrows for around 2hrs and I know there was an update were it increased drop rates and a possibility of getting 2x drop so I have been there for 2hrs and nothing!! No barrows drop I only made like 1.5mil from runes and I've done like 10+ trips I have been using mystic with polypore staff and has anyone been getting this problem I have been having that when you open the coffin the arrow of the barrows brother isn't poiting to the one you are fighting and are there the same problem and is therre anything that affects barrrows item drop rates?

 

I heard getting atleast 6 kills gives better change of drop. Probably bullshit but I opened the chest about 10 times and had karil's skirt.

 

I think that killing monsters is just a load of Bullshit, but you might want to check the rune wiki for information on it. But i'v heard like 10+ kills and i'v heard like 100+ but like i said and visual also said it's probably a load of shit

Killing monsters only gives you a better rune drop. And you only need to kill around six of them. Im sorry for your luck; but if everyone went and got barrows, it would be worth nothing.

 

Even though its apparantly a better drop rate at the moment, and there is the possibility of getting unique rewards (such as the draconic visage), the activity is still based on luck and is totally random.

I have done nearly 25 trips at this point by myself, and have only recieved 1 item so far. I am going to give it a shot for a little while longer, but I am nearly ready to give it up and go back to Revenants, where I make FAR more money and the drop rate is much better.

 

YES!!!! i finally got it a drop it was a guthans plate body but still better tehn nothing!!!

 

i agree it is bs. fkn jagex. Im even madder that they changed the new look of barrows!

I'm a non member right now.. When I was member I wrecked barrows. I could stay there indefinitely, until I ran out of runes basically. Just combine the guthans and ancients+sally method. You never need food or prayer(unless you mess up) so there's nothing holding you back.

You can't complain you don't get drops AND complain the prices are low. The reason the prices are low is that the drops aren't rare enough.

 

Hang in there, decent runes, decent magic xp - you will get an item eventually, just hope its not a coif!

I've been at borrows for about 5 hours. Nothing. It's all luck dude sometimes you gt 5 items a trip, sometimes you get nothing. Just keep going, that's what i'm going to do.

 

Ahh the days when i used to wake up in the morning and just went barrows and hopefully get a drop. Longest i've waited for a drop was like 10 hrs lol when i was a addict back then

 

New barrows is horrible anyway

 

I have the same luck. I always get no good barrows armor. But I guess like another person said, if everyone got a piece of barrows, it would be worthless.
