    Where do you bank?

Why do you like your bank, or why don't you like your bank?

Just list some pros and cons you might have with your bank, if you have any.

I bank with HSBC. They were pretty useless when it came to setting up my account, as they were insanely fussy about what kind of ID they let me use. I got it sorted in the end but calling their customer support was a nightmare. Ended up getting through to some Nigerian sounding fella, who was friendly enough but I barely got a word.

    Where do you bank?

Suntrust, a Southern United States bank. They've been very secure throughout all the financial crises and their customer support is also great.

Down side? They are only located in the Southern United States, so every time I need to use an ATM (which Suntrust has none of up here) I have to face a fee since I go to college in upstate NY. It becomes a problem sometimes but it's not too bad. If you stay in Suntrust's region, though, they're great.

    Where do you bank?

Lloyds, it is pretty good, but as was said their customer support system could be better and there are no cash machines to deposit your cash in.
As I've noticed most of other banks also don't have such machines, they should start using them, very useful and saves time.

My main account is at Chase. It's great for my needs: I have no feeds and they've always been great with any issues I've had.

Bank of America, has the best online banking and there is an ATM pretty much anywhere. Also can deposit checks and cash on ATMs, no cons.
