Should i buy barrows armor?

i notice today that a guthans box set went up 506k, how long do u think it will keep rising for, should i buy a couple sets?

 

If it has gone up that much then you will have trouble buying it for near medium price. You would only be able to buy it at a really high price which might be a bad idea if they drop within the next few updates. They only went up because of the graphical update and i wouldn't be surprise at all if they dropped again soon because of the barrows event going on where lots more barrows items are being introduced into the game.

 

the prices will go back down. and soon...

I am no expert at these things, but I suspect that the reason Barrows items are rising at the moment is because of the "new look" of these armours, and so alot of people who previously did not own sets of Barrows armour are now trying to scramble and get a set. This high demand for the armour causes the price to rise.

During the next week though, there is going to be MORE Barrows armour than ever coming into the game because of the increased drop rate, and the chance of recieving x2 loot from the chest. Once things calms down a bit and everybody gets used to the new armours and the increased loot bonus is over, the price should drop back down to what it used to be, and probably even a bit further as the demand for the items decreases amid the steady supply. So personally I would wait it out a bit longer.

Wait a few weeks, The only reason it went up is because people where buying sets to see what they look like, They will go down because people are sell + Double drops barrows this week.

 

It's only gone up because people want to look at the new graphical update, the prices won't stay that way for more than a day or two.

 

My account is non-members and has 5 barrows sets.. I really feel like I'm missing out. If it went up that much, I'd say keep it another day then sell.
