Runescape Sucks. I QUIT

Read what I posted. Dicing is gone but gambling games still exist, and plus the biggest dice clan on RuneScape has their own IRC chat which hosts a dice bot.

It's not about avoiding scammers, it's just fucking annoying to trade 6/10 people and they all try to scam, or whenever you stand in the g.e you have to walk past "doubling money, legit", or "flower game x5"

And I guess I'm being hypocrticial, But I'm not having a massive RWT plan like selling bills of gold on a consistent manner, I'm selling my accounts, BAM, Done. No more sales, just kicking back, relaxing.

1 - If you dont want people spamming GE, and that stuff, thats why they have the option for you to turn off private, or for you to ignore people.
2 - If you dont like dicing, stay away from them, no one is making you go there, and dice your whole bank.
3 - Who said that 6 out of 10 people try to scam? I trade alot on GE, and never got scammed, if you ever got scammed, its because you are stupid enough, and deserve to get scammed.
4 - You said that you hate RWT, but, you are selling your account, your RSGP, and you are on one of the biggest Runescape/WoW blackmarket, a little bit hypocrit, right?
5 - You wanna quit, just quit the game, no one wanna hear why you are quitting, i bet that you got scammed, and got mad, so you ragequit, and try to find reasons for you to quit, you can't find any, so you create some stupid stuff.
6 - Im player since 2005, i know that runescape changed, alot, some things they changed and sucked, and some things they changed and are pretty good, so don't say that Runescape was awesome till 07, and after that JaGeX just fucked up, if you really think that JaGeX fucked up runescape on 07, you would've quitted at 07 or 08.

 

Exactly why i quit awhile back. There are some good private servers with 1000s of players just like old wildy. Actually pretty fun.

1- turning off private chat doesn't prevent spam, it turns off friends' messages. Public chat off prevents spam but you can't see shit. How do I find what I wanna buy?
2- I do stay away from dicing. It's just fucking annoying to see fags complaining about getting scammed, or losing their banks, and I have to see some kind of dicing advert around the g.e.
3-Ok, according to you, you've never gotten scammed, neither have I, however, isn't it fucking annoying when people attempt to scam you? it wastes your time. (think before you post, dumb fuck).

This is so the truth.

This game is full of level 20 - 130 "girls" in fucking hoe clothes. :/ Used to be a fun game... All i play RS for nowadays are Rare names, I have still left it for WoW though. :/

 

I would mainly agree that this game has become really out of the Runescape area and should have a new name and not the Runescape that we once knew and loved.

I think the biggest pain right now is that it lags SO hard for my computer that I can't barely play at all which sucks since I did get an upgrade. I just log in now once a year or so to check on all my accounts since they have value on them every year.

It is definitely not Runescape anymore.

 

I still find the game fun, try make a skiller or a pure

 

For 1 year of Xbox Live it's $59.99.. So it's cheaper than RuneScape unless RS has discounts now.

OT:
I quit RS a few months ago and I've noticed that I've just been more of a calm person, and less antsy and constantly thinking about playing RS when I get home. My grades have also gone up. But yeah, Jagex became cash-hungry, and stopped caring about their players, (or in their eyes, customers). That's usually where big name MMO's and companies go.. It's sad what money can do to people.

 

Its good to quit Runescape, its a grind.

I completely agree this game is a fucking shithole played only by newfag 13 year olds mainly.

I'm ashamed to admit I still play this game. -.- I think its time for me to quit as well. There are far better things you can be doing in life than playing fucking runescape.
