Primeule - Account Scammer

Yesterday I posted on his Level 134 topic saying i'd buy it for $40.

As you can see, it shows my posts and his telling me to add him, etc.

Normally, I wouldn't have noticed i had been scammed if not for the new topic he posted today:

Anyone notice the same account stats, bank, mutes/bans?

AND it says that he's sold it to someone else already.

He also says that the recoveries and email are removed, as clearly shown in BOTH threads. I'm not sure how he removed mine that quickly though.

This is the way I proposed to pay him, so as to ensure I wouldn't be completely scammed by him (The use of an OMM was out of the question, as most of them are never on during the time I am due to timezones):

I want everyone to take a look at the other posters' number of posts:
I'd like the staff members to check if the IP addresses of the accounts are the same as Primeule's because I suspect he's made new accounts to make it look like he's sold the account instead of just recovering it.
