What is the best potion(s) to use to boost up attack and strength the most? Thankyou

Extreme attack potions, extreme strength potions or overloads (A combination of all extreme potions in one) are the potions that would raise your attack and strength the most. You need around 88 herblore and 89 to make these extreme potions though (They aren't tradable and can't be assisted). If you don't have the herblore level for them then just buy super attack and super strengths as these are the second best.

 

I've just read www.runescape.wikia.com and extreme potions give 5+22% of your strength, then rounded down. Anyone expand on this? Is it worth it? They cost 8,077 to make.

 

If you are using them for something like bossing then they are definatly worth it. If you are just doing slayer or something the it is only worth it if you are quite wealthy (You will still make profit with extremes from slayer drops easily). Extremes don't work in the wilderness or any pvp so thats out of the question.

 

I was going to use them for pking... looks like I will just have to stick with super strength + attack, unless there are any others?

 

Supers are currently the best potions to PK with.

Extremes & overload's were allowed in the wilderness & PVP when they were first released but Jagex banned that pretty fast (a day later I think) because they were too powerful.
