But idk why you'd want to take advantage of a girl like that,
She's clearly wasted as fuck,
You clearly aren't if you're able to notice how drunk she is and are still willing to have sex with her,
Idk if you'd consider it rape at the time,
But once you're both sober,
That's when it really matters,
Bottom line,
If she normally wouldn't want to have sex with you while she's sober,
And she would want to have sex with you while she's piss drunk,
Maybe then you could consider it rape, considering you have full knowledge of the situation,
Other then that, if it's at some party or whatnot, and you just met, and she's wasted as well as you are, by all means, fuck the shit out of each other,

Makes no sense considering its her choice to get piss drunk, no one makes her do anything.
Its her fault for getting drunk and screwing.
That being said if you invite a girl over and get her drunk on purpose i can see that being able to get a "rape" case going.

The idea that you even have to ask this question repulses me, I've numerous girlfriends (friends who are girls) that have been raped or otherwise violated because the guy said they were asking for it. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, I don't give a flying fuck if they were drunk or not. Nothing gives you the right to have sex or touch them inappropriately if they pass out or like wise don't say no. Make sure they consent then you have the green light for drunk sex.

But remember they have to be in the right state of mind before they can willingly consent to having sex. I agree the law has a double standard but it is also there for a reason. Statistically female rape are more frequent than male rapes by a female. Both exists though and I think its very important to keep consent laws the way they are right now.

Just because someone drinks and wants to use alcohol as an "excuse" to fuck someone doesn't mean you should. Trust me you don't want the drama afterwords, be a good guy greg and say you have something to do. You don't have to be an ass or make the girl out as a whore just exit the situation and don't tell everyone you know.

 

I think it's more along the lines of:

>You hook up and neither of you know what's going on.
>You wake up
>She yells rape, you go to jail

I've heard a story of a dude who got drugged at the same party as another girl both by the same substance (The Date Rape drug) and they woke up together and he got time for rape. He was my babysitter of like 4 or 5 years (ages like 6-11) boyfriend and he was at the party with his girlfriend (my babysitter)
