Account selling scammer

optic vesta is a scammer. Yesterday night we agreed on an account sale, 20m for a 99hunter/99wc account. This morning I traded him 20m, but he gave me an account with only 80 something wc and nothing else, and pretty much empty bank. Screwed me completely on the deal, and said that it is the right account, but probably got resetted, which I call bs on. Proof in screenshots of chatlogs below, I still have access to the 80wc account, he is refusing to give me a refund, or even talk to me. I thought I could trust him because he had a vouch from another trusted forum member. I have my own vouches as well.

I would prefer that he just give me a refund and call this over, but if that can't happen, justice please.
