Requesting TWC Removal

idk how this works, but im here to request a removal of my twc, i recieved it about 2-3 weeks (now 1 month) ago i believe, when staff thought i was ban evading but then i got it cleared, and they said it would be removed after i do trades again and i did, i'd just like to know when i can remove it and how, thanks for you're time.

 

Please post some vouches / trade proofs to help your case!

I can't support yet. The most valuable vouch here is $50/100M, the rest are $5-$10 upgrade trades. PIN trades aren't even allowed.

Given that you seem to find yourself in need to appeal many more times than an average user, I think you need to get many many more proof of trades, or bump up the quality/worth of the vouches

 

I agree with MohtasaUnique; I think you need to show some better trade proofs/vouches before your TwC is removed.

 

I been trying to contact playerauctions to remove my powerseller rank but they won't allow me to unless i pay a 150$ deposit, which i really don't want to pay for a rank i don't want, only vouches i can get for are buying things and selling upgrades.

As much as he keeps getting vouches for upgrades. We all know how quick you can get them. I don't support because they are under $5 trades and a large quantity. To me until you can get some quality vouches its staying.

You don't have any maxed account selling thread, and he has never posted on one as far as I can see.

Also, what's with this report?

In addition to that, you've previously had issues with giving a customer negative credit (reference) from your upgrades.

I don't support any TwC removal until you explain the report/the vouch.

 

it wasn't listed because he offered me a 100$ amazon gift card on the spot for a maxed account and i searched my accounts ( i have a bot army) bunch of inactive accounts when the bot collapsed, and found one and traded it to him

As for the user the got negative balance, i compensated literally minutes after the report was made, the sale was made 7-26-11 when i last remember he contacted me in september, few times via pm and failed to contact me via msn when i told him to add me, im a re seller but yet i still compensate users heavily when a upgrade goes wrong where i take a loss from buying and compensating.

 

As i said earlier man, Playerauctions gave me a powerseler rank and they don't allow me to sell until i pay the 150$ deposit, which im not willing to pay for a virtual rank for a site that i do not care of, i've been trying to remove this rank for over a month now and all they give me is frustration, I wasn't twc'd because i scammed or anything like that i was twc'd because there was a mix up and sythe staff believed i was ban evading, i've never scammed and i am a ex-mod on powerbot, i am no longer one because of my inactivity.

I just want to point this out because i can't get quality vouches until playerauctions wants to remove my rank and i have contacted them a total of 13 times, (emails live chats and such).

 

So they gave you a rank and say you need to pay $150. I don't understand how that works if you don't want it they shouldn't penalize you.

 

I don't know if you use playerauctions, but when i mentioned this to superman he said a lot of other people are having the same problem( i wasn't aware) i don't know how their system works but i received the powerseller rank, and i wasn't able to post more for sale offers i went to the live chat and they told me i have to pay 150$ deposit for the rank, i told them to remove it multiple times but they just tell me that they're escelating it to the powersellers division and tell me to wait (i've done this multiple times) i even emailed the powersellers division multiple times with no avail, they make 10% off my sales but yet i really don't understand what they're doing by not letting me post for sale offers, in the end i dont want to pay the 150$ rank, due to them not letting me do so, i created a new PA account about 10 minutes ago. Tired of their bull shit so ill have quality vouches coming in soon. As for the penalize part they just want me to pay 150$ deposit for the rank:

Seems to me like you weren't going to refund until he made a scam report.

 

Last the person contacted me was in september and it was via pm's when was supposed to get on msn, i went to his page added his msn and nothing happened from there on, he had my old msn added, [email protected], and i had already switched to my new msn [email protected] if he had contacted me via msn i would've refunded swiftly, but again unfortunately he had my old msn added and i had completely forgot about him until he made that thread.

I don't remember dates exactly sorry if im human, but the pm's ended when i was asking for proofs and he did provide evidence, all he had to do was add my new msn and i would've provided the refund. when i pmed him on the dispute he added me from a new msn that i've never seen and i even asked him to PM me to confirm that it was him because i didn't know he had that msn, in the end, he had a new msn and i had a new msn, i provided the refund + more (40M) for his troubles, also you must note that he messaged me about the 7-26-11 negative upgrade in november , 4 months after the upgrade was sold, im a re seller, and i actually provide compensation for when it did occur (unreliable supplier) at the time that i was not aware of, please dont point me out for being a bad person when i took loss from both sides.

 

I agree with above moderator opinions. You'll need more quality vouches to prove there is nothing shady about you.
