Mint level 103 Main Account!

Hey people, this is my first time selling my only rs account and i dont know really what to do... But i used an account valuer thing and it says my account is worth $280. I think that is too much, so i will sell it for £50 (negotiable)
The account has 99 in fishing, and decent melee combat skills. It also has 85 woodcutting. Pic:
