Runescape ban, help?

i've recently been banned on an account that i bought, i played on thhat account for aboutt 6 months and i tried selling it, obviously they caughht me trying to sell it and i made a mistake, they sent me an email telling me i hhad a temporary ban, and i cannot appeal and when i try to log in it says that its an unkown account, any help of when i will get it back or if i will actually get it back?

Sounds like a phishing link.

"Jagex will never contact you via email to discuss your account, unless you have already contacted us with a request for support at one of the following email addresses:

Jagex will never contact you to:

Offer you moderator status.
Verify your account details.
Identify that you are the account holder.
Advise you that your account will be suspended, muted, banned or has “received an infraction”.
To confirm a change of address, if you have not requested it."

Jagex doesn't send emails about your accounts getting banned. Usually, you only find out when you try to log in and it says your account has been banned.
