    sorry if this is double posted first one didnt show up, and I am just wondering if there is anyway to verify your paypal without bank acc or credit card. Since i am over my limit please post below

    Just go make a bank account at a local branch and add it to the paypal account. They don't confirm details of the bank account in case you are worried because you lied about your personal information.
