what is the best magic staff and magic spell in runescape?

apart from anything chaotic and ancients.

 

Polypore staff, I believe.

The Polypore staff is quite decent and has a decent spell.

The Staff of Armadyl is another decent staff with another good spell.

Separate good staffs would include a Staff of Light due to it's special.

Separate spells would include Ancient Magics including Ice Barrage.

 

I would say that the best staff in game is Ice Barrage as you can freeze targets with it, and you cannot do that with Polypore Staff. Yes you may be able to entangle your opponents but 'Entangle' does not hit.

Probably either Storm of Armadyl (spell), or the new spell from the Polypore staff. As for staffs, definitely Polypore. For its price, the strength of the spell, and the fact it runs off charges and so you can use it with ANY magic spellbook of your choice, this makes it one of the best if not THE best staff at the moment

 

Yeah obviously I know its not a 'staff'. Polypore does not cast a spell its more like a weapon as it has accurate. The best weapon that's not a chaotic would be the staff of light:idea:

 

Storm of armadyl is the best with arma staff, Though polypore is pretty good and a lot cheaper.

 

SoA with polypore as you wish for no ancients.
