Could you please explain why you edited the image from "30 J" onwards? It seems that the image is older than you stated, in which case you need to get an updated one.

No, he's banned because this guide is buying knock-offs, then selling them on eBay. Whilst never claiming they're knock-offs. Thus it's not "illegal". Although, it still is.
