How would you like to die?

Death itself isn't what matters. What you do before death is. In the end what matters is how well you live, how well you love, and how well you learn to let go.

Attachment to permanence is the main reason people fear death, even though it's inevitable. All I want before I die is to live my life the best I can; the end itself doesn't matter to me.

 

I wouldn't have it any other way than this. I would die to protect someone whom I love and cherish, or even for a greater cause than myself, without any doubt at all. It sometimes frightens me to think of this; but I know this is inevitably going to happen.

 

In my sleep I would say, next to my loved ones But yea, I don't care how i die, but I care about how I live this life I have

I used to make jokes like that, but then I took an arrow to the meme.

 

I would want to die in war.

 

I think it would be interesting to die in some bizarre freak accident(once I'm a bit old, of course, lol) that would just puzzle people for generations...so maybe I could be in a book someday about such things, lol.

Aside from that, I'd hope it would be in my sleep.

 

I'm not sure exactly how I would prefer to go, but I don't think I would want to go in my sleep. It may seem strange, but I think I would like to experience my last few moments knowing that they were my last.

While going on a space exploration and meeting a new species of humans on a different planet many galaxies away.
They would all welcome me as their new leader, but NASA would think that I died since I never came back.

Jump from a huge building screaming at the top of my lungs after doing everything I ever wanted to achieve. That is how i'd want to go, on my own terms.

 

Sacrificing my life for another would be one way.
Sleep the other popular way.

 

I would not care actually as long it doenst relate any fire.

Dying a hero would make it worth dying, like saving lives

 

Painlessly, aware that I had accomplished everything I wanted to in life.
