    I sent an appeal for one of my accounts over 5 hours ago, and there has yet to be an update (I haven't missed a message as it won't let me submit another appeal until I get a response). Am I going to have to wait until tomorrow for a reply because of the holiday here, or are they just really slow?

    i submitted an appeal this morning, took 8 hours for a reply. I was denied, with complete info aswell
