Monk top (initiate has terrible negative range bonus)
Black chaps
Regen bracelet
Ranger boots
Fury
Archers ring/Explorers ring

Zamorak book + Chaotic/Rune cbow and accumulator + 750 Diamond E bolts.
or
Karil's crossbow + Trimmed skillcape or god cloak (the tradable one)


4-5 brews
100+ sweets
2-3 range pots
3-4 prayer renewal (4 if 7X range, 3 if 90+)
rest super restore.

Also try to use a helpful aura, and pot up before going in.

Edit: When you say mage pray or range pray are you talking about just that 1 monster or all the waves till the next prayer switch?

 

Good one, can't believe people would click the no option after you put so much effort into it. I've done loads of capes on every account you could think of and still it is helpful to look back at guides to refresh your memory.

 

this is something that would take a while of getting the hand on, I might try it in the future.

I mean you mage pray on that wave, then all the waves with a 360 you need to mage pray as well.
