Requirements
There are no 'set' requirements, anybody can lure but to make it worth your while it is recommended that you have a high magic level to execute ancient spells (you can have a lower magic level if using the spell 'bind'.
If you lack the magic skill you can also have 70 ranged for the Bolas's special attack.
Some start off money to execute your lures.
Some good convincing skills (but thats explained in the guide!)

I read the guide, it has some unknown skulling methods for me. About the luring there's not a in-depth part about it, but is enough. You need to be creative

I suggest waiting for verification and then buying.

I just bought it for 11m and read through it & its actually really good >.>

There are common & uncommon methods of getting them there but like said in the guide, that bit can be quite creative.

 

The "method" came out to be a hoax and I asked for a refund and he gave it to me. 90% of the guide is known stuff and the 10% was this that seemed pretty amazing.. But came out as a hoax.
