When you quitting runescape?

I quit like 3 months ago but i still come on like 10 mins every 2 weeks or so.

 

I'm not yet, I'm making a new account infact

 

If I can manage my life well, I won't quit RS for a long time, but if I can't then I will most likely quit next year or in a few years. I've only been playing to do farm runs and a bit of skilling for the last few weeks.

 

The only way to quit RS for real, is to give away all your accounts. I did that years ago, and even THAT didn't seem to stop me quitting for good I was gone for over 5 years though.

 

I just moved onto another game
Rs just got boring
idk if I will 'ever' quit gaming though for a long time

 

I quit RS about 6 months ago, haven't logged back on since. Just gotta have power of will. =p

I don't think you ever need to quit runescape. If it is a problem for you and your life is around runescape, changes should be made. However, I think that if you can balance your life and casually play it (as you would any other game) you should be fine. If you are bored of runescape - do something else! Don't feel obligated to play.

 

I quit probaly 6 months or so before the bot bust and then started again when it happened (wasn't really a fan if bots even though I did use a few
lol). I quit a few weeks later because I found it boring as hell. I still kept all of my accounts though and always check out the new updates because I like to know what's going on.

 

I quit about 6 or 7 months ago, and I can honestly say it's the best choice I've made all year. I can't tell you how much more time I have to do things like writing music now that I'm not nailed in front of the computer screen all day. I even picked up skateboarding again

 

I used to play all the time before the bot nuke, would regularly get top exp gains but once the bots were eliminated I stop playing like I did and just started to log on once a day to do a farming run.

So in summary I basically quit when the bots were gone.

 

I quit playing around 2 years ago when I went away to school. Been botting and making money off RS from about 2006-Present. Well haven't made anything since that fucking bot nuke =(

 

I'm quitting next year in late 2012 i'll come back on runescape after I'm ready and finished everything and passed.

 

I'm back and between Runescape and World of Warcraft all the time! I can't ever seem to stay with one game and play it consistently though I've finally settled a little bit and just playing Runescape now! ^_^

I quit smokeing crack 6 months ago but i still have a hit now and then.....

 

Probably not. I'll end up being 80 years old and still playing RuneScape eventually.. Meh.

 

i quit last october its hard kinda but this is how i did it

1. Mum took comp for like 2 months
2. Got it back and had no interest in the game
3. The END

quit about 2 months ago. Not cause I felt like it was taking over me, I only played like 5 hours a week max. I just quit because Jagex Made the shittiest Updates, theres soo many untested updates that put out bugs that may result in people getting insanely rich, or people losing bills and jagex not doing anything about it, even if it's their own fault, they care too much about profiting off of the game instead of making it a better, cleanlier, friendlier enviornment; and it laggs like hell, pking sucks, constitution is a fucking gay, there are too many overpowered weps (korasi, claws, etc), 1 itemers, rushers, FUCKING DICERS, scammers, too many high leveled fags who don't do shit but act like they run the game, all my good friends (irl, and not irl) friends quit back in 08, no one is on besides fucking nerds and preteen non pubescent queers, and there is a record amount of rwt, and the main point of runescape is to have the coolest outfit. I'm glad I sold all my gold and now I'm selling my accounts. You can check em out if you'd like.

 

I haven't quit, but I'm playing less then I used to, maybe a few of hours a week now, not actually because of Jagex but because I'm busier then I used to be. I may go for long period of time without playing, 1-2weeks - a couple of months, but I wouldn't say that's quitting.
