Kodak scammed me?

I send him $8.50 for 10m and he stopped responding he could have just told me he was out of stock I waited for a hour or so. And he verified his self through pm as well.

 

Please post pictures of the entire msn conversation.

 

Everything else was nudges and me talking to myself. the last thing he said was $8.50. After that he didnt respond. I can post the chat logs if you want?

I can understand if he would have said he didn't have the money at the movement but he made up this lie about going to the movies. I've been with sythe since 05 made a lot of trades that i never recorded. But i always used the fourms like cheating/general since i been here. Just because he has a lot of vouches doesn't mean hes always right. We was talking back and forth went he said $8.50 I send the money in a matter of seconds. I'm not believing he went to the movies this late/early in the morning. I'm not sure where this kid lives but it was close to 3 o clock am. All im saying is i think he should get a twc for lying to me and you guys. I know for fact he didn't forget i send him money and go to the movies. I don't want any one getting scammed.

Ps i did get refund this morning.

 

TWC Requested. Even if he didn't have malicious intent this is still an extremely carless move on his part and this could have been a much larger trade than it actually was.
