help?

uhmmmm... i didnt know where to post this, theres no tech help section lol :embar:

anyway, ive been having this problem in sythe where i keep getting logged out/ timed out or something after being inactive on the website for about 10mins... like if i log in the sythe then not check back on it after 10mins i get logged off. its kinda annoying :noworry: it only started happening like 2 days ago

and i was trying to look for the "keep me logged in" box thingy but i cant find it lmao, sorry for this nub post but i need help

This has been happening to me also, I get logged out almost instantly if I close my browser etc.

 

Do you have cookies and similar setting enabled in your browser settings? It could be erasing them after a certain amount of time, or when you close the browser.

 

Happening to me as well - extremely obnoxious. Just recently started happening as well.

 

It is enabled until I delete them. So, yeah. Can you refer this issue to one of the Admins please?
