It doesn't favour the hosts at all. Dragon dyce is a legitimate clan. If you still don't believe, there are IRC commands to see how much a host has made in total from IRC and how much they lost. Mosts hosts actually have negative profit.

It would be pretty undetectable if the IRC bot, say, had a 61% chance of rolling under 60 and a 39% chance of rolling 60 or higher, and dice hosts with "negative profits" over a period of time could just be getting unlucky. Saying that most dice hosts lose money, though, seems pretty untrue lol. Of course I'm not saying that they do that - from what I've heard dragon dyce is pretty trustworthy.

Personally I've never been big on dicing because gambling with odds against me kind of goes against my staker mindset ^^ but I have a lot of friends who have tons of fun doing it

 

Chill. If you absolutely don't trust the IRC, which you should, you can always play flowers or horses. Or you can call smaller bets which you see aren't placed by a host. But once again, the IRC is completely legit.

Yawn - they use the IRC to dice now.

And for dice duels, the probability of rolling a set number does not matter, as it is the same for both players.

 

Swiftkit is a toolkit that has hundreds of cool things like highscores and all that stuff. It also features an IRC tab. If you've ever used Rsbuddy and you noticed the input/output area below the screen thats whats it like except IRC dicing...I guess just download it for yourself

 

You should use swiftkit if you aren't already. It has a lot of features including a built in IRC.

 

I'm quite sure the IRC itself doesn't require java, it is the rs client if you are talking about the page on their website, although, it's not required to use it.
I use it myself because I'm way too lazy to switch windows every 5 seconds tbh ^_^ it is the legitimate client, no foul play as expected.

 

Or just use swiftkit.
