MysticT high pardon

Dear Sythe admins and moderators,

I wanna request a high pardon, because from my opinion I deserve it and my ban was not totally fair. Thanks for your patience and time to read this.

Okey, to start off with it has been a long time ago (over 8 months I think) that I was banned on my account "MysticT". The main reason was because a guy sold me a steam account where I played on for weeks. After those weeks, he sended me a mail which looked like this:



Of course I checked my paypal and I couldn't log in. I recovered my account and went trough safety procedures because my account got hacked/stolen. What happened: I only had my creditcard still linked so he wasn't able to put money on the paypal account and send it. I know it sounds like a lame excuse but there is not anyway to prove this.

The funny thing is, this guy who sended me this email was not lying about getting my account disabled. 2 days later I tried to log in on my bought account, it said "This account is currently blocked from steam, blablabla". I tried logging in on my other accounts but all my accounts (had 3 by then) were blocked from steam, which means they blocked all accounts made on my pc and played on my pc (the bought one). I went on Sythe and had enough prove to ban the guy. Some days later he disputed his ban and he got prove of me recovering the payment, which I explained, isn't 100% my fault and not my meaning. For some reason, I got banned permanently.

Now, why I created this new account "360NoScope" because it was more then half a year ago and I didn't read the rules that I wasn't able to create a new account. I needed some rs accounts and rs gold so I thought Sythe was the best site to do this, I already earned some vouches.

I hope this is enough because I really got to go now.

I wish I could pay him back, but I didn't get my money back because I also emailed PayPal that my account got hacked and they declined the claim.

Thanks for reading, I also missed to say that I really miss the community and its market. Everytime I needed something I could get here and look around. I never intended to scam anyone and never will, because thats stealing someone's money and I feel really bad about that.

The user in question added me on MSN and asked me to take a look, I told them to post proof that they had refunded the user who had been scammed; to which they replied that the user they bought the steam account off now has control of that steam account, and the money was never returned to his account, he lost the dispute. Because of this, he shouldn't have to refund the user who owns the steam account, if everything is correct.

Not sure how I feel about this one though.
