    Sorry for many threads but what do you think is better for training strength from 39 to 70-75

    Rock Crabs

    Rock crabs zeals wouldnt give you much exp.

    Pest control XP won't be as fast as training at rock crabs.

    I would suggest you train at rock crabs. The xp per hour should be much better.

    I suggest fleshies.

    Rock crabs are just bad, they have no drops, and you can't go afk for two minutes while your guy continues to train.
