    First screenshot is far too small to read, can you re-upload it and select "do not resize" please. Right now there's no clear evidence he was on the account, except for the very end of the MSN convo after he logs off (which is not beyond reasonable doubt to warrant a ban). Just need that full conversation re-uploaded.
