Rs Horse Gambling Clan Ranks Wanted

Alright guys, so here’s the deal. I have started a “Horse Betting” clan on RS and I am looking for trusted and well respected members of Sythe to join me. I am currently using my friend chat “A Death Note” as my primary source of communication. My goal is to create a clan that will rival Dragon Dyce’s popularity for dicing and possibly become one of the biggest gambling clans in RS. At the moment we are short on members (10 or so members with 3 legitimate ranks *all IRL acquaintances*, myself being the admin.) I am looking for a few well trusted members to help me turn my dream into a reality. Listed below are the requirements I will need for potential candidates for ranks as well as the rules and guidelines I had in mind for my clan. Additionally, if any site member has already started a clan such as mine, I would like to discuss the opportunity of doing a merger. About Me: My name is Lawliett and I have played RS since the summer of 2002. I am currently a full time student in college and I enjoy playing RS during my free time. I have gone through it all when it comes to RS. I’ve been that dumb main with a granite body, rune legs, and a dragon med and long. Now I have a 136 account with plenty of skills and gold. I have a lot of experience with boxing, dueling, and dicing and I hope to increase my wealth through gambling. I have made bils in the past through both boxing and dicing and I was a ranked member of “Diamonds” CC before dicing was removed from the game. Although I am fairly new to sythe, I have done my best to remove scammers from the site and have built up some trust with some decent trades and vouches.

Requirements and Guidelines (subject to change in time):

1. Must be “highly” trusted (this decision will fall under my discretion) I am currently looking for high-level donators, moderators, etc. to apply.

2. SCAMMING IS NOT TOLERATED UNDER ANY CONDITION!!! Any member, ranked or not, will be immediately banned from the clan for scamming. Any appeals for scams will be looked at by a case-by-case review with other high-ranks. Additionally, I will be watching and/or appointing hidden ranks to watch the friend chat and public chat for any signs of scams.

3. Must understand how horse betting works.

1. Better places bet by trading the amount bet on the horse to the host.
2. Host asks the better to choose “N, H, or C”
A. “N” is for “Neaahhhyyy! Giddy-up horsey!”
B. “H” is for “Hi-ho Silver, and away!”
C. “C” is for “Common Dobbin, we can win the race!”
3. After the better chooses the letter, the host will announce in the friend chat the value of the potential prize, the letter chosen, and the name of the better, I.E.: for a bet of 5M, a 1-Striped host would announce “15m – N – Frank”
4. The host will then click the horse and depending on the outcome, will win or lose. If the better guessed the right letter, then the host will payout the prize amount. If the better loses, then the host will apologize and move on to the next bet.

3. Must have a MINIMUM of 50M to HOST AS A RANK in the friend chat. The following points note the minimum values certain ranked members must have in order to hold their positions. At the moment I am going to be appointing members to ranked spots based on trust, respect, and wealth. I DO NOT intend to “SELL” ranks as I believe that it would defeat the purpose of having a trusted hierarchy.

*NON-RANKS MAY HOST AND MAY BE PROMOTED BASED ON GAINED TRUST AND REPUTATION. NON-RANKS MUST OFFER 3x THE BET PLACED*

*THE HOST HAS THE DISCRETION TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE A BET FROM A TRADER*

a. 1-Stripe Host – 50M min. (Must offer at least 3x the bet placed)
b. 2-Stripe Host – 100M min. (Must offer at least 3x the bet placed)
c. 3-Stripe Host -150M min. (Must offer at least 3x the bet placed)
d. Bronze Host – 250M min. (Must offer at least 2.5x the bet placed)
e. Silver Host – 350M min. (Must offer at least 2.5x the bet placed)
f. Gold Host – 500M min. (Must offer at least 2x the bet placed)
