    Creatine shakes are pre-workout. Do make you bigger, but it's a lot of water weight though. Proteins what rebuilds your muscles when they get little tears from working them, and makes them bigger. Get Whey protein, been using it for years.

    Protein will make you gain weight, but a simple solution to gaining weight: Eat. Instead of 3 large meals a day, try 6 medium meals throughout the day. You really just have to up your calories a lot to get bigger, and lift heavy with sets of 5 reps. Worked for me, i'm 5'9 200 lbs, 11% BF.

    You have to add some fat to get bigger, it's called bulking up. But after you do that, start running or something, to get lean, while having more muscle mass.

    Yup protein is useless and a waste if you dont work out, dont just drink it casually and expect to get big lol. I know someone who did that, so stupid they gained like no weight at all and thought they were buff because they were toned but he was just skinny so it didn't count lol.

    Damn thats intense, 200 lbs for 5'9 is buff AF. Biggest ive ever been is 165 and im 5'8 Lol...

    Hello Bro

    Just a few tips:

    - No protein Shakes : It's to early for you. Your body can gain enough in the beginning with just food.
    - Do full body workouts 3 times per week & train everything. Including your traps and legs etc.
    - Eat 4-6 meals per day. Start with 100 gram pasta / 100 gram chicken meals and try to build it up during the week till you can do 200.
    - Do this for 16 weeks and don't give up.
    - Make sure you get enough rest, remember you don't gain in the gym but you gain in the kitchen. In the gym you damage the muscle and with the right food you repair it so that it comes bigger back (Think about magic boo from dragonball z)
    - After the 16 week process called (bulking). You start cutting but you can google about that.

    If you need any more advice just PM me. I've gained alot since my years of honest bodybuilding. I'm currently 181cm with 104 kg and about 9% bodyfat and yes I do steroids. I just started though, the reason why is because I reached my natural growth at around 95kg with 43.5 arms.

    Wow that's alot of information right here Thank you very much all!

    So i have come to the conclusion;
    I will not use protein/creatine shakes; Instead of that i will eat Tuna,Chicken Yoghurt etc.
    Will work out 4 times a week.
    Drink 1 glass of milk each day. Get calcium from salads to.

    The best thing for you to do is to get your protein out of foods..staying away from shakes is the best thing you can do...also i do not recommend Creatine at all.

    All you're doing is not reaching your maximum potential by not taking those supplements.

    It's straight up dumb to try and grow and not take AT LEAST protein.
