Video Game Habits

I'm curious.

How much do you play a week... any video game, ranging from Angry Birds to Skyrim all the way to NBA 2K12 to Zelda Majora's Mask.

Also, many people belittle Runescape players. I wont go as far as describing my physical features but I am defiantly classified as a "scholarly jock", which defiantly breaks a stereotype or two

Are you ashamed of playing RS or any other video game? Do you hide it? I dont care, I play video games for fun, my cousin and I have been clobbering the keyboards together on RS since '06.

I wanna hear what you have to say.

 

Haha Angry Birds, lol'd when I saw that. I don't play too much as I don't have internet at home currently.

 

I play Skyrim, MW3 and RS atm. I play like 2 hours a day overall.

 

well, for the last few days I've been playing for about 18 hours per day. A combination of MW3, BF3, and a few other, more childish games. I am currently typing this post between spawns on BF3.

 

Well, after black ops came out I played that game like fucking heaps cause it was my first cod ever.

I clocked over 700 hours. I regret it so much now... screwed up my last year of high school.

 

Nothing atm, maybe an hour tops on fifa 12, going to start playing skyrim again soon though.

 

I play too much and too many games... Lol...



That doesn't include the PS3/360/iPad games....

 

CS:S, LoL, WoW, MC, MW3 and Skyrim at the moment.
My computer is currently at a workshop, so the only game I can play on this stupid school computer is MC
And I don't know how much I play a week, but it sure is too much.

 

I normally play for about 1-2 hours a week, but I've been playing Skyrim the last few days and I'm hooked. I'd say around 4-6 hours a day.

 

You see, the thing with video games today is this:

For example ANY CoD: level up, gain new weapons, new perks, new camos, new levels, more gameplay, new kill streaks, new emblems, new titles and THEN prestige...10-15 times...

Zelda: Play for fun, collect items not pertaining to the main quest but are also fun AND help your main quest. Game ends after the storyline.

Humans are obsessed naturally with achievement. In Black Ops, I tried my ASS off to get a 2 K/d... when I did that I shot for a 3 and when I got that I felt like it was to low so I tried to get a 3.3... I did, but it was very stressful and BLOPS became a chore instead of fun, especially since most of these games have their flaws (unlike Cod 4 and Waw *ahem

I probably play a little over 10 hours a week. Mostly RS, you see, the thing is I havent even begun MW3 MP and I wont unless I most likely mod it. The stress of stats and such would drive me nuts. Yes, I could "play for fun" but that would drive me nuts and thus I am not fit for such a game.

 

For like the last 5months or so I can't remember I was playing Angry Birds and then stopped because I finished it and then got really bored and other day bought Skyrim online from eBay and played it from last Thursday till now but now its getting boring to be honest.

 

I can vouch for that, your an addict but at least your a PC gamer.

I only done like 18 hours on Skyrim and i've had it for a little over a week. Not bad.

I only really play WoW regularly. Other games I play now and again are The Sims, CoD, Audiosurf and (very rarely) Runescape.

 

I play rs sometimes (would play more if I had a mouse that worked)
I play The legend of Zelda: OoT on my 3ds a lot
I also play pokemon white on my 3ds a lot...

I probably play my 3ds about 7+ hours a day (mostly just sitting around waiting for things, like at work or if my gf/daughter are on the pc)

 

@verts Is WoW your favorite out of the rest of the games you listed? Jw.

 

That's not even all of them, I have like a quarter of all of my games installed. I play around 6 hours a day at the moment it's been MW3, AOE and a bit of WoW.

 

I play skyrim 1-2 hours a day.

 

Quick question^ Is Skyrim an MMO? or Single player?

 

It's single-player. Would be cool as an MMO though. I heard somewhere they are making a Elder Scrolls MMO though (Skyrim is just one part of Elder Scrolls).
