Message saying I was rwt. What should I do?

So I managed to get my korasi pure back with the bank intacked (thanks to my bank pin). I got a message saying I was caught real world trading. What should I do? I wasnt on the account at the time I was caught. I need some good advice cuz I want to keep an estimated 1b bank safe.

 

was it an email or an message from the runescape.com page?

 

Just lay low for a while . JaGeX will most likely be keeping track of your activities so don't RWT for the time being .

 

On runescape.com. It said it expires because I received it December 19th. I haven't rwt in forever so I know it was the hacker.

 

If it was an email then it would most likely be a phisher and If you entered your username and password then you where phished and need to change your password ASAP.

 

Just relax and lay low from cheating etc for a while

 

Phisher. Jagex will only contact you via messege centre (when you log-in on runescape.com)

 

It was in msg center.

 

Check every once in a while and see if any actions have been taken on your account.

NEVER click a link in your email claiming they are Jagex.

 

If it is a link in your email account, DO NOT CLICK IT.

If it is a message in your Runescape Messages, then it is legit.

 

I know it's a legit msg(it WAS in msg center) I'm asking what I should do with my bank.

 

Ahh, gotcha. This is tough. If you were suspected of "RWT" you obviously shouldnt move the money to a different account.

I HEARD, could be wrong...but I HEARD that Jagex doesnt touch money in the G.E.

For I.E. put in your 1bil for an xmas cracker (obviously wont be bought) and sit it there.

 

sell it all in 1 go (to a bulk buyer/sell on sythe). Collect the money and quit rs.

But seriously, I would just sell the gp (of course, that's a huge part of this site now)

 

What's your account status like? Is it in the green zone still?

I thought it was perm ban for rwt..

 

Green. Only have 1 other offense in 2010 which was for bad language.

Did you ever click a link in your email regarding runescape then check ur inbox?

Cause you may of clicked a phishing link which replicated ur inbox..

 

It's not phishing!!!!!!!!!! I know it's right link!!! It wasn't in email either.

 

Okay, well if you wanna be really cautious you can always transfer the items/money to another account with a bank pin.

 

They're watching him for RWT'ing , any activities such as this could definitely end badly .
