    I have tried looking it up for the longest time, and people say you need to activate paypal from the site, but i cant find out where.. help would be MUCH appreciated

    Go to the iTunes Store and sign in, once your signed in click on your Apple ID and you'll see Payment Type, from there choose PayPal.
