    Also when training melee?

    Well in members there is obviously better stat giving equipment than just full iron....

    No but you can have other stat enhancing items such as, zamorak book, adamant gloves, climbing boots, zerker ring, fury, etc

    Mith Gloves, Fury, Zerker ring (i) (rlly hard), rapier (if you have the attack level) zammy book, Climbers

    Mage - Alching, Doesnt matter
    Stun Alching - MINIMUM MAGIC ATTACK BONUS: -92

    and
    Metal Platebodies:........ -30
    Metal Platelegs:............. -21
    Metal Full helms:........... -6
    Metal Kiteshields:.......... -8

    Granite body:................... -22
    Granite legs:................... -31
    Granite helm:................... -9
    Granite shield:................ -12
    Obsidian shield:............. -12

    D’hide vambraces:.......... -10
    Snakeskin bootsidk if you can at 1def:............ -10



    Mystic mud staff:............ +10 NEEDED

    and i cant remember the other ones but yer :p

    anything else just get maxed mage bonus 4 it so like monks robes lol

    Full iron with black d´hide chaps and Addy gloves.
    For mage you need to Stun - Alch: -65 mage min to fail every stun.
    Full iron;
    No amulet;
    Iron boots;
    Black d´hide vambs;
    Mystic Mud Staff.

    Depends what your training, but Dhide Chaps/Combat bracelet/Zerker ring/Fury neck/Climbing boots/Iron Helm, best for meele.
