thats because he's maximised performance over quality, hence the whole 110fps

 

How can N4NO ever put performance over quality? I'm pretty sure his PC can handle that game on max at high FPS, unless the game itself is not optimized?

 

Wrong. That's just how the game is. I have the graphic settings at max graphics.
