There are no restrictions to the hosting. It really is as simple as it says 2 years for $0.99 or Lifetime for $4.99

I can offer this so cheap as it is basically a piggyback off my own site so it is self sufficient.

There really are no restrictions. I honestly don't have the time or resources to go through every client account on a daily basis and check the content of the sites.
The only way your account would get suspended would be if I was approached by authorities relating a clients hosting that was in serious breach of law and would also jeopardize the hosting of other client accounts. In that case You would be notified and your hosting suspended. For instance sites linked to pedophilia content.
