    Tech Noob struggeling with msn

    Hiya,

I need to get onto msn but haven't been able to for 4 days now.

Keeps coming up with the message after about a min of attempting to sign in.
Tried to solve it myself but can't. Has anyone experienced this before? Go easy on me, not exactly amazing with technology.

    Cheers

Reinstall or update it. Try logging in with a different client, ie. ebuddy. If that doesnt work, give us the error code from more information.

Hey mate, instead of dealing with the frustration of MSN, why not use ebuddy?

Does ebuddy solve the problem then? I had a similar problem so i used an older version of msn.

This has happened to me many times. Whenever I log into hotmail using a different computer they lock out my account.
Go on to hotmail and try and log in. Or just click the troubleshoot.

    Delete the temporary files in:

    C:\users\username\local (or locallow / roaming)

Go to folder microsoft > msn messenger and delete the files in there.

    Or stick to ebuddy ^^

Giving us the error code will make things much easier, I find MSN better for trades also.
