Anyways, good informative post, hopefully there is no further confusion over the matter.

 

Really well made thread, a lot of people fail to understand how difficult the role of an administrator really is.

 

I agree with blupig, Although I think it is nice, I don't think we should have to spoon feed everybody when the information from this thread can be found in various sticky's.

 

There's already a sticky on what you guys do, if you guys aren't demoted it's because you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. In my opinion there is no need to try and prove a point or prove that you (the admins) are doing work. Sythe promoted you for a reason.

Just my 2 cents.

 

I think all these changes and additions to the Mod team lately are fantastic, and only strengthen the already strong team of Mods we have running this site. Its nice to see you guys putting in such an effort, and its very obvious to me how much you all care about the site.

Agreed, a lot of members just don't realise how much work admins put into the site, then just assume they are not doing their job. But this should clear things up. Well written post!
