I got 143 EUR on Onebip and would like to have it on paypal a.s.a.p

I hope 1 of you could help me out.

That's not a problem mate. Take into consideration any type of PayPal payment can be charged back, no matter what. Look at peoples vouches too and always use an MM or OMM if you feel uncertain about trading with someone.
