Paypal help/info

kk So i was disputing If i could use paypal without having a bank account/credit card registered to it as I'm below 18 ( don't say I\'m a immature little kid as I'm not) but anyway is it possible to make transactions without having a registered bank account on paypal because I was reading here on sythe "make sure the buyer's pp is bank verified' and people saying my bank account is verified. So can I make transactions without a bank account registered.

 

I believe you can make transactions without a bank account attached. Although I think there are limits. Plus I think you have more chance of losing if you get involved with a dispute.

 

The longer an account is not verified the higher the chance of a limitation.

 

The way of getting around being able to send payments without a bank account is by adding a pre-paid Visa Gift Card to the PayPal. This way you can both send and receive payments rather than just being able to receive them.

 

You have a sending limit of 0 therefore you can't do anything with your paypal unless you: verify it, which requires a credit card or bank account attached. Or I think there is some paypal credit card thingy.

 

You can, though You have low receiving and sending limits. If your from Canada, they are a bit higher as far as I remember. Some people use virtual credit cards to verify. Also many banks make debit cards for people below 18, which can be visa electron(for PayPal).
