This is fucking sad there should almost be a rule for lies like this, this lie is to do nothing but hurt my little reputation I have because he couldn't scam me. He never talked to my on msn, so thats a lie, I did claim to have vouches he said you don't even have 1 I said I have 2 or 3. He never asked to see them. I logged? I haven't logged out of sythe and he doesn't have me on msn I can show that he is still requesting to have me added on msn and I haven't even accepted yet! This is fucking disgrace ful people like this truly need a ban there doing nothing but trying to scam and when I told him I sold where I got the vouch from kevin he just called me a scammer again.

all in all butt hurt kid couldn't scam me makes up lies he can't back up and should be banned.

 

The user was infracted for accusing of scamming without proof, there are rules for empty accusations, and the person in question was indeed punished.

 

Okay, but it hurt my reputation people will see it and say hey people called you a scammer, and thats not the point if I did indeed scam which I DIDN'T nor did I try to then an accusastion is okay, but just straight up lies to hurt peoples reputation is different maybe if I actually did that I would accuse as well but he doesn't even have me on msn I didn't confirm it look it says 4 hours ago and look at my thread when I posted it

It's a straight up lie, he lied about everything he posted that doesn't warrant a single infraction that warrants a temp ban it should be in the rules, If someone new posts something and I post the same thing I garuntee you whatever trust someone had in him is now gone because I made up a lie and he can't even back up his lie, he needs more of a punishment anyone who does this does.

 

What do you expect us to do? I deleted the post and infracted him. I have no clue what you are asking us.

 

Just report it like you did, and the mod who looks at your spam report will do whatever actions they deem appropriate.

 

You missed the whole point of what i'm saying. An infraction doesn't suffice for blanet lies when I can prove they were lies as well, if someone would lie about that because I wouldn't trade them not only does it arouse suspicion that they just wanted to scam me but it always shows they are willing to lie and go to any length to get what they want or whatever.

 

If an infraction + deletion of the post doesn't suffice, then what does?

 

We're absolutely not going to ban a user for claiming to be scammed. It would be different if we somehow were able to force real scammers to pay back those they scammed, and people made up scam reports just to try and trick the staff into getting them money that doesn't belong to them. However, since an accusation can easily be dealt with by infracting the user and deleting the post containing the propaganda, there's no reason to demand someone be banned for posting a false accusation. If they persist, they'll certainly be banned via accumulation of infractions.. but until then, continue to report the spam, and a moderator will see to it as soon as they can.
