    Should Matt Barkley have stayed at USC?
    Should he have stayed at USC for his senior year or declared for the NFL Draft?

    He was considered a top-10 pick had he declared, but he said he has some unfinished business to do back at USC. Chances are that he'll be the #1 overall pick in 2013 and that USC are BCS title contenders.

    Should Matt Barkley have stayed at USC?
    I think he should have stayed just because this year is deep in the NFL draft for QB's but he could be pulling a Lienart.
