Scammed how can I win dispute?

I was recently scammed for 25$ USD when trying to buy gold from a trusted user, he had 35+ vouches. After I sent the gift payment he fucking logged off msn and declined. I sent payment as gift, how can I win the dispute? All tips greatly appreciated /:

First of all. Post the dispute in the right section. Put proof that shows the trade with the guy and pictures of the trade. And also what he stole you/scammed/hacked you. Mods will consider if its banneable or not.

 

A "dispute" is a claim that an item received (if any) was not as described. I think the OP was originally referring to the disputes made on PayPal. What you're referring to is a report against the scammer. If there is enough evidence then mods will ban the scammer from Sythe, but any money lost will not be compensated.

 

He already has several scam reports against him, I'm referring to paypal.

 

just dispute it and youll be fine.

If you sent as payment for goods, then say that they weren't received. If it was a gift, then you can only file an unauthorized dispute. If you aren't able to resolve things with paypal, you can always call your credit card company to challenge it if you paid with it through paypal.
