Threads being marked as read without clicking on them

There is probably a way to do this, like a mark all as read, but I'm just missing it, so I'll still make the suggestion.

It would be nice if after clicking onto a sub-board, any unread threads that you haven't actually clicked on were marked as read after navigating away from that page.

That way you can look at the posts that are of interest to you, and the rest are marked as read so that blue button on the main board goes grey until there are new posts.

Other then that, love this forum so far. Tons of stuff to talk about other then selling stuff.

 

Look at the bottom next to view forum leaders.

 

Sorry, but I'm not seeing "Forum Leaders", or any "Mark all as read" or anything of the like at the bottom of any pages. Could you maybe post a screenie, or elaborate a bit more? Thanks.

Edit: Nevermind, just found the manual solution to my problem. You can double click a blue bubble on the main board to mark all threads inside as read.

So my above suggestion would still stand, is it possible to mark the threads as read without having to double click the blue bubble icon on the main board? Or is there a reason this manual mark all as read format exists?

Thanks for the reply SUF, but as I reported in my edit, I had figured that out. Was just wondering if there was a way for this to happen automatically, as is the default on most forums, rather then having to manually mark threads as read by clicking on the button. Can't find any option to enable this in my CP.
