am i screwed?

I've got afew partyhats, all nex armour, spirit sheilds etc. will these things ever go back up in price or should i just sell them all now before they go down even further?

 

Well as the RSGP price drops the value of gp to usd rises.. You can calculate (based on past data) whether it is worth it to hold with projected prices.

 

I don't think the price that gold is rising in usd is canceling out the price of which the items value in gp is falling ( i think that's what you were saying..)

but I'm not sure if phats go up again any time soon :s

 

Normally, when rsgp falls, rares increase. As a trend. Much rsgp in a low percentage of people = ppl buy phats and sell some rsgp(lowers).Otherwayaround = people buy rsgp(rises) and dont have phats cause the overrall ingame money isnt in 1% of the players.

 

I think what he is saying was even if the items in game value is dropping it's IRL value has been rising lately so it will balance out. How ever I have a feeling rsgp prices are just rising for the holidays and will be back down to .50-.60/M in a month or two. If your really worried about it though just sell em all off and buy shards.

I traded all my rares for shards and started investing in materials. Would have lost a lot more otherwise.

 

Shards are the best item to keep your value in for a 100% resell value, but rares always are goin to be going up and down

 

In my honest opinion I dont bother dealing with them. Most people I see try wearing them 50% of the time and the other 50% is merchanting it... the market isnt very stable for rares.

 

Maybe you should sell it all and then hold onto gp, since rares are going down and gp is going up.

 

It will eventually rise, nothing to worry about imo.

 

If you have a few party hats, all next armor, and spirit shieldS, I don't think you have too much to worry about......

 

Sell anything you don't use on a regular basis, no use in having Virtus if you never mage monsters. The only nex armor worth having in my opinion is Pernix so you can go Nex/Corp/Arma in the best armor.
