Briefly explain the trade: This was a trade between AlexKoboz and Decoda118 (I'm just helping Alex with this report, as he is fairly new) - AlexKoboz was selling a Dota 2 key to Decoda118 through the Steam Client.
How they scammed: Decoda118 never paid and signed off right after the gift was sent. (AlexKoboz has now confirmed that Decoda118 has blocked him in Steam.)
