What have I done?

Ever since joining this site, I have been trying to contribute positively. Today, unfortunately I was banned for infraction build-up. Many of my oldest infractions were warranted because I failed to read and understand the rules. However, ever since then, Ive been careful not to build up infractions. Ive also tried to help other people acoid being infracted I believed that my last two infractions were not warranted and am asking for an appeal of my 3 day ban. Please don't take my dispute lightly/ignore it-- are just my last words...

They're warranted in my opinion.

 

Let me say 1st that I apologize for writing a second appeal, but ive been waiting patiently for another mod/admin to give their opinion on the temp. ban I received for infractions. Let me also give a more detail reason and explain why I "spammed." I totally respect superman's opinion but just want more people to consult regarding this...

I can see/understand why this would be considered as spam got I did not really contribute to the topic. What I consider as spamming however, is saying things like "lololololol" or "rofllmao" that are totally unrelated to anything. Yes, I said "wrong" but the prices were a bit off in my opinion and again was just trying to help...

In my opinion this infraction that I received was a little bit gravedug up. Anyways, the thread was just an off-topic thread--nothing really that serious. On that thread many people "claimed" to have certain xp counters. The OP i believed said to post pics and so I did post pictures of my account for that matter. Saying, "pics or it didnt happen" is not spamming...at least intentionally.

Again im not trying to argue with superman here, but i think that my time and contribution to this site overpowers these slight infractions. Also, there was an account of my dreams that I was interested in purchasing before I got temp banned and that is why waiting 3 days really upsets me.. Montas (Tony) gave me a infraction for signature violation--i apologized and fixed that within 30 mins. Ive helped and directed many people to the right threads, caught a few ban evaders, and tried giving people free signatures when they asked.

Again i ask that this not skim-read--for i have put a lot of time into writing this and I would love for more detailed answers to why I deserve/dont deserve this ban... Could a few others mods/admin give their opinion to this situation also?

Second infraction link isn't working. First is clear spam and is deserved in my opinion, and the signature violation is a warning (yellow) and isn't included in your infraction count anyway. Looking through your profile you have accumulated several spam infractions this month. My vote is for the ban to remain.

 

Both of the infractions you're disputing are warranted imo.
- The first added no value to the thread.
- The second was bumping a comment of yours that you had already posted.
The Sig Violation that you have doesn't count towards your total of 5 because it was only a warning.

You have under two days left to wait, I'd like you to wait them out.

 

While I know you only have good intentions, and your presence is very much welcome as well as enjoyed in the community Hermes, I'm sorry but you'll need to wait for 2 days.
It falls on Christmas anyhow! You should be with with family instead
