Strength training

I got 88 str on my main and want a new 99 so thought str could be one, so how long would it take to get 88-99 strength and what to train on?

i was thinking of giant spiders...

 

I suggest you get a set of claws and go crazy at the Troll Invasion minigame
(the base thingy restores spec)

 

I would say SW is a pretty good option....mixed with things like amoured zombies/giant spiders/bandits so you don't get bored...

What you should do, is go to soulwars and kill pyrefiends/jellies/pures...then you get an ok amount of exp from that (I'd sy about 60k an hour) then you also get 9 zeals to spend on str exp...
