Briefly explain the trade:
I was selling RuneScape Classic rare items for PayPal USD. The user, "PleasentSales" was suppose to purchase gold credentials on
another game for the reimbursement of the rare items that he stole from me. I requested him to use TeamViewer 7 for a more secure payment, but he declined offered to use Skype for Video call instead. When I added him via Skype, he conversed through me using a microphone. As I didn't have a microphone, I used Windows Live Messenger chat to communicate with him. Which is quite noticeable considering that a partial of the MSN logs were of him not responding.



How they scammed:
After I traded 3 RuneScape Partyhats, PleasentSales wore the 3 Partyhats for observations and closed TeamViewer 7. Shortly after, he became unresponsive and logged off of RuneScape Classic. I messaged him typing "lol", but he signed off right after. Afterwards, I messaged him via Skype during the Skype call, and he ignored it then signed off of Skype shortly, as well. During the payment procedure, I assisted him to sign on PayPal to evidently show that he was willing to proceed the payment. But PleasentSales ultimately scammed me out of opportunity, and is now lying by brainstorming an epitome of a failure bluff. Apparently I scammed him out of a payment and he is now contacting PayPal to claim his money back. Although he has never sent a payment to begin with.

PleasentSales did not scam and you had logged off so he couldnt pay you, he hasnt refused the trade offer, so all that needs to happen is that you need to go on MSN or whatever and have him send the money, if you can prove that he REFUSES that, he will be banned, all i see is proof of an actual trade happening, but you do not have him proof of refusing to pay you.

TL;DR: PM him, sort out the finishing of the trade, even show him this scam report response, then come back..

 

I completed my bargain of the deal as of trading him the RuneScape Classic Partyhats. Maybe if you were sophisticated and an understanding person, you would have observed that he was brainstorming a falsified excuse to not paying me. I never signed off of Windows Live Messenger as he blocked me along with his Skype account. This is one of the reasons why I don't deal with transactions on Sythe because the Moderators like yourself are too stubborn and uncaring.

Do you think the staff enjoy having to deal with ridiculous amounts of people who fail to be able to trade safely and fully without trying to rip eachother off?

This scam report is ridiculous and both of you lack proof. What website did he pay to?

 

I have Windows Live Messenger chat logs, but they're saved and I was too lazy and uncaring, so I exited the chat window.

The moral of the story is that I traded him 3 Partyhats and he logged off.
Then he proceeded by blocking me off of MSN and doing the same on Skype.
Since I started notifying people that he scammed me out of 3 RuneScape Classic Partyhats, he has defended himself by brainstorming a bullshit of a lie.

All he needs to do is provide the transaction ID on PayPal of the payment he sent to confirm that he did send a payment. But he can't verify because he NEVER sent the payment.
