    What someone above me said, scammers are taking advantage of you being new to the site. Just make sure to use playerauctions next time or a trusted MM. Always record your trades.

    I am outraged.
    There are lots and lots and lots and lots (and lots) of scammers on sythe, but as long as you take your precautions such as asking for pm's, using OMM's, looking at vouches/join date etc, you'll be fine. Just going to have to sort through the scammers till you find someone legit.

    asking for a PM is one of the best ways to rule out scammers. Most legit members wont refuse this.

    I am outraged.
    My first trade WAS a scam and by far more than what you would have lost. You need common sense, check MSNs, ask for PMs. Use middlemen, that's what they're there for.

    Just as many low lifes on here as in person. :laugh:
